Your Menopause Mind: Mood, Cognition, & Emotional Well-being

This webinar will explore common mood, cognitive, and emotional changes (i.e. anxiety, irritability, stress sensitivity, and brain fog) along with coping strategies and support pathways for optimal management.

1. As a result of participating in this activity, learners will increase their knowledge of evidence-based menopause care, including symptom recognition, treatment options, and strategies to support health, well-being, and workplace functioning across the menopause transition.
