About the Continuing Medical Education Program

The mission of the UCHealth’s Continuing Medical Education (CME) Program is to deliver independent, evidence-based education that supports lifelong learning for credentialed physicians and inter-professional care teams across the UCHealth system, as well as our community partners. Continuing Medical Education activities are collaboratively designed to address identified practice gaps, strengthen clinician competence and performance, and advance shared UCHealth priorities in quality, safety, health equity, and patient centered care across all practice settings.

About the Nursing Continuing Professional Development Program (CNE)

The mission of the UCHealth’s Nursing Continuing Professional Development (NCPD) Program is to improve lives by providing evidence-based, inclusive, and practice-relevant NCPD education that empowers nurses and interprofessional teams to deliver extraordinary care.

Accreditation Statements:

UCHealth Continuing Medical Education is accredited by the Colorado Medical Society to provide continuing education for physicians. UCHealth Community Hospitals offers AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™.

UCHealth is approved as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by Colorado Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
