Overview

Physicians and APPs model a set of behaviors that influence those with whom they work and the patients they serve. In this session, you will review and develop essential leadership skillsets as well as discover your core values and learn how they inform your behaviors and impact your leadership.


Objectives

At conclusion of this activity, the learner should be able to:


  1. Recognize how your core values inform your behaviors and impact your leadership.
  2. Distinguish the difference between impact and intent and ways to strengthen your impact.
  3. Use the UCHealth behaviors to promote a positive culture.
  4. Identify leadership essentials: formal and informal.
  5. Employ skills for improved emotional intelligence.
